Naime, \u017ee\u0111 je ve\u0107 jedan od prvih znakova da organizmu nedostaje te\u010dnost. Umjesto toga, preporu\u010duje se redovno uzimanje manjih koli\u010dina vode tokom dana.<\/p>\n<h3>Ko je posebno ugro\u017een?<\/h3>\n<p>Visoke temperature najte\u017ee podnose starije osobe, mala djeca, trudnice i hroni\u010dni bolesnici. Kod njih dehidracija mo\u017ee nastupiti br\u017ee i imati ozbiljnije posljedice.<\/p>\n<p>Poseban oprez potreban je i kod osoba koje rade na otvorenom, sportista te svih koji du\u017ee vrijeme provode na suncu.<\/p>\n<h3>Kako prepoznati dehidraciju?<\/h3>\n<p>Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i simptomi uklju\u010duju:<\/p>\n<p>poja\u010danu \u017ee\u0111<br \/>\nsuha usta<br \/>\numor i slabost<br \/>\nglavobolju<br \/>\nvrtoglavicu<br \/>\ntamniju boju urina<br \/>\nsmanjenu koncentraciju<\/p>\n<p>U te\u017eim slu\u010dajevima mogu se javiti ubrzan rad srca, konfuzija i gubitak svijesti, zbog \u010dega je potrebno potra\u017eiti medicinsku pomo\u0107.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0160ta piti, a \u0161ta izbjegavati?<\/h3>\n<p>Najbolji izbor i dalje je obi\u010dna voda.
