Mjera pritvora je predlo\u017eena za Mehu Salki\u0107a (46), Araza Ali\u0107a (52), Mehmeda Be\u0161i\u0107a (50) iz Kalesije, Slobodana Tripkovi\u0107a (62) iz Osmaka, Nuriju Gerovi\u0107a (41) iz Bratunca i Halida Bosanki\u0107a (46) iz \u017divinica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"BS-LATN-BA\">Oni su osumnji\u010deni da su u periodu od februara do juna 2026. godine na podru\u010dju Tuzlanskog kantona i nekoliko mjesta u Republici Srpskoj, djeluju\u0107i po prethodnom dogovoru, neovla\u0161teno nabavljali, dr\u017eali, prodavali i razmjenjivali vatreno oru\u017eje, municiju i dijelove za oru\u017eje. Postoji osnovana sumnja da su u pomenutom periodu radi sticanja protivpravne imovinske koristi, me\u0111usobno i sa drugim osobama zainteresovanim za kupovinu oru\u017eja ostvarivali kontakte, dogovarali vrste i koli\u010dine, cijene, mjesta\u00a0 i vrijeme primopredaje, te u vi\u0161e navrata organizovali\u00a0 i realizovali kupoprodaju\u00a0 razli\u010ditih vrsta\u00a0 vatrenog oru\u017eja i municije za unaprijed dogovorene nov\u010dane iznose.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"BS-LATN-BA\">Podsje\u0107amo, po nalogu Tu\u017eila\u0161tva i uz naredbu Op\u0107inskog suda Kalesija, istra\u017eitelji SKP MUP-a TK su \u00a09. juna 2026. godine obavili pretrese na vi\u0161e lokacija u Kalesiji i \u017divinicama, te u saradnji sa MUP-om RS na podru\u010dju Bratunca, \u0160ekovi\u0107a i Osmaka. \u00a0Prilikom pretresa je prona\u0111ena \u00a0i oduzeta odre\u0111ena koli\u010dina vatrenog oru\u017eja, municije, eksplozivnih sredstava i dijelova oru\u017eja, te mobilni telefoni i drugi predmeti koji se mogu dovesti u vezu sa izvr\u0161enjem krivi\u010dnih djela.
