Predlo\u017eenim izmjenama planira se uvo\u0111enje abecednog reda pri dodjeli branitelja po slu\u017ebenoj du\u017enosti, \u010dime se \u017eeli sprije\u010diti mogu\u0107a zloupotreba u krivi\u010dnim postupcima i osigurati ravnopravniji polo\u017eaj advokata.<\/p>\n<p>Poslanici \u0107e razmatrati i Prijedlog zakona o notarskoj slu\u017ebi, koji je uskla\u0111en s presudama Ustavnog suda FBiH. Novo zakonsko rje\u0161enje predvi\u0111a da kantonalne vlade, u saradnji s resornim ministarstvom i Notarskom komorom, odre\u0111uju i redovno preispituju broj notara na svom podru\u010dju, u skladu sa stvarnim potrebama gra\u0111ana.<\/p>\n<p>Zbog uskla\u0111ivanja s ovim propisom, na dnevnom redu na\u0107i \u0107e se i izmjene vi\u0161e zakona, me\u0111u kojima su zakoni o registraciji poslovnih subjekata, stvarnim pravima, zemlji\u0161nim knjigama, naslje\u0111ivanju, kao i Porodi\u010dni zakon.<\/p>\n<p>Jedna od va\u017enijih ta\u010daka dana\u0161nje sjednice bit \u0107e i izbor novog predsjedavaju\u0107eg Predstavni\u010dkog doma Parlamenta FBiH.
