{"id":297740,"date":"2026-03-20T11:10:15","date_gmt":"2026-03-20T10:10:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tuzlainfo.ba\/?p=297740"},"modified":"2026-03-19T08:11:40","modified_gmt":"2026-03-19T07:11:40","slug":"raste-potraznja-za-stanovima-tuzla-medju-najaktivnijim-trzistima","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tuzlainfo.ba\/index.php\/novosti\/item\/297740-raste-potraznja-za-stanovima-tuzla-medju-najaktivnijim-trzistima\/","title":{"rendered":"Raste potra\u017enja za stanovima: Tuzla me\u0111u najaktivnijim tr\u017ei\u0161tima"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Prema Izvje\u0161taju o stanju tr\u017ei\u0161ta nekretnina u Federaciji Bosne i Hercegovine za 2025. godinu, koji je izra\u0111en u saradnji Federalne uprave za geodetske i imovinsko-pravne poslove, Porezne uprave FBiH i jedinica lokalne samouprave, zabilje\u017een je zna\u010dajan rast aktivnosti na tr\u017ei\u0161tu, uz pove\u0107anje cijena i prometa.<\/p>\n<p>Ukupan broj kupoprodajnih ugovora u 2025. godini iznosio je 23.398, dok je ukupna vrijednost transakcija dostigla gotovo 1,9 milijardi KM. Najve\u0107i dio prometa odnosi se na sekundarno tr\u017ei\u0161te, odnosno prodaju ve\u0107 postoje\u0107ih nekretnina.<\/p>\n<p>Analiza pokazuje da su najzastupljenije kategorije nekretnina poljoprivredno zemlji\u0161te, stanovi i gra\u0111evinsko zemlji\u0161te, dok po vrijednosti dominiraju stanovi, gra\u0111evinsko zemlji\u0161te i ku\u0107e. Prosje\u010dna cijena stana na sekundarnom tr\u017ei\u0161tu u Federaciji BiH iznosila je oko 3.100 KM po kvadratnom metru, \u0161to predstavlja rast od 23 posto u odnosu na godinu ranije.<\/p>\n<p>Kada je rije\u010d o prometu stanova, najve\u0107a aktivnost zabilje\u017eena je u Sarajevu, ali i u Tuzli, koja se svrstava me\u0111u vode\u0107e gradove po obimu kupoprodajnih transakcija, zajedno sa Zenicom i Mostarom. Ovaj podatak potvr\u0111uje stabilnu potra\u017enju i zna\u010daj Tuzle na tr\u017ei\u0161tu nekretnina u Federaciji BiH.<\/p>\n<p>Najvi\u0161e cijene stanova i dalje su zabilje\u017eene u sarajevskim op\u0107inama Stari Grad i Novo Sarajevo, dok su rekordne cijene ostvarene i kod ku\u0107a i poslovnih prostora u Kantonu Sarajevo.<\/p>\n<p>Izvje\u0161taj tako\u0111er pokazuje da raste interes gra\u0111ana za javni uvid u Registar cijena nekretnina, \u0161to dodatno doprinosi transparentnosti tr\u017ei\u0161ta.<\/p>\n<p>Nadle\u017ene institucije najavljuju nastavak aktivnosti na unapre\u0111enju sistema i javne dostupnosti podataka, s ciljem ja\u010danja povjerenja i informisanosti svih u\u010desnika na tr\u017ei\u0161tu nekretnina.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prema Izvje\u0161taju o stanju tr\u017ei\u0161ta nekretnina u Federaciji Bosne i Hercegovine za 2025. godinu, koji&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":290966,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[304,12],"tags":[2975,42],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.5 -
