{"id":286532,"date":"2025-11-16T20:01:47","date_gmt":"2025-11-16T19:01:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tuzlainfo.ba\/?p=286532"},"modified":"2025-11-16T20:20:05","modified_gmt":"2025-11-16T19:20:05","slug":"sedmi-simpozij-u-tuzli-okupio-strucnjake-za-kardio-renalno-metabolicki-sindrom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tuzlainfo.ba\/index.php\/novosti\/item\/286532-sedmi-simpozij-u-tuzli-okupio-strucnjake-za-kardio-renalno-metabolicki-sindrom\/","title":{"rendered":"Sedmi Simpozij u Tuzli okupio stru\u010dnjake za kardio-renalno-metaboli\u010dki sindrom"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"93\" data-end=\"581\">U Tuzli je odr\u017ean sedmi Simpozij \u201eUpravljanje kompletnim spektrom kardio-renalno-metaboli\u010dkog sindroma\u201c, koji je organizovalo Udru\u017eenje Dijabetes i srce TK, okupljaju\u0107i interniste, kardiologe, endokrinologe, dijabetologe i druge zdravstvene profesionalce posve\u0107ene unapre\u0111enju brige o pacijentima oboljelim od dijabetesa i kardiovaskularnih bolesti.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"93\" data-end=\"581\">Skup je ponudio najnovija stru\u010dna saznanja i smjernice u ovoj oblasti, uz veliki odziv ljekara svih nivoa zdravstvene za\u0161tite.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"1058\">Centralnu poruku simpozija uputio je predsjednik Udru\u017eenja, doc. dr. med. sc. Mirsad Selimovi\u0107, naglasiv\u0161i da je cilj bio pribli\u017eiti evropske i svjetske preporuke klini\u010dkoj praksi u Tuzlanskom kantonu i Bosni i Hercegovini. Istakao je da su u\u010desnici razmijenili iskustva o pristupu kompleksnim stanjima koja zahvataju kardiovaskularni, renalni i metaboli\u010dki sistem, uz posebno interesovanje mla\u0111ih ljekara koji preuzimaju savremena znanja i vje\u0161tine va\u017ene za svakodnevni rad.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1535\">Tokom skupa predstavljene su prezentacije o dislipidemijama, utjecaju stresogenih faktora na zdravlje srca, sr\u010danoj slabosti, poreme\u0107ajima ritma te komplikacijama \u0161e\u0107erne bolesti. Selimovi\u0107 je naglasio da Udru\u017eenje okuplja ljekare svih nivoa zdravstvene za\u0161tite, a zaklju\u010dci simpozija usmjereni su na modernizaciju terapijskih protokola i ja\u010danje saradnje sa zakonodavnim institucijama s ciljem uvr\u0161tavanja savremenih smjernica u zvani\u010dne protokole dostupne svim pacijentima.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1957\">U ime Ljekarske komore Tuzlanskog kantona u\u010desnicima se obratila predsjednica prof. dr. sc. Lejla Me\u0161ali\u0107, isti\u010du\u0107i da savremena medicina stoji na raskr\u0161\u0107u dijabetesa i kardiovaskularnih bolesti, \u201edvije po\u0161asti modernog doba\u201c. Poru\u010dila je da je zajedni\u010dka odgovornost zdravstvenih profesionalaca unaprijediti kvalitet \u017eivota pacijenata kroz znanje, iskustvo i posve\u0107enost, uz \u017eelje za uspje\u0161an i Munevera Be\u0107arevi\u0107, naglasiv\u0161i da Udru\u017eenje porodi\u010dne medicine TK od po\u010detka aktivno u\u010destvuje u ovakvim stru\u010dnim susretima. Istakla je da je klju\u010dno kontinuirano uskla\u0111ivanje sa savremenim vodi\u010dima, razmjena iskustava i unapre\u0111enje puta pacijenta kako bi dijagnostika i tretman bolesti poput dijabetesa, hipertenzije i drugih kardiovaskularnih oboljenja bili br\u017ei i efikasniji. Naglasila je da hroni\u010dne bolesti tra\u017ee dugotrajan, koordiniran pristup i stalnu edukaciju.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2488\" data-end=\"2956\">\u010clan organizacionog odbora dr. \u0110ani Had\u017eovi\u0107 izjavio je da je sedmo izdanje simpozija ispunilo o\u010dekivanja organizatora. Prema njegovim rije\u010dima, skup je bio izuzetno posje\u0107en, uz kvalitetna predavanja i diskusije koje su otvorile prostor za nove inicijative.
