Ovo pitanje jedno je od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih u praksi, a odgovori se nalaze u<a href=\"https:\/\/tuzlainfo.ba\/index.php\/tag\/zakon-o-radu\/\"><strong> Zakonu o radu Federacije BiH<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"244\" data-end=\"574\">Prema odredbama ovog zakona, puno radno vrijeme traje najvi\u0161e 40 sati sedmi\u010dno, dok se ugovor o radu mo\u017ee zaklju\u010diti i za nepuno radno vrijeme. Za odre\u0111ene poslove gdje ni primjena mjera za\u0161tite na radu ne mo\u017ee u potpunosti za\u0161tititi radnika, radno vrijeme se skra\u0107uje, zavisno od \u0161tetnog uticaja na zdravlje i radnu sposobnost.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"996\">Zakon propisuje da radnik, u iznimnim situacijama poput vi\u0161e sile, prirodnih nesre\u0107a ili iznenadnog pove\u0107anja obima posla, na zahtjev poslodavca mora raditi du\u017ee od punog radnog vremena.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"996\"><strong>Koliko mo\u017eemo raditi prekovremeno sedmi\u010dno?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"996\">Taj prekovremeni rad mo\u017ee trajati najvi\u0161e do 10 sati sedmi\u010dno. Ako takav rad traje du\u017ee od tri sedmice uzastopno ili vi\u0161e od deset sedmica u toku kalendarske godine, poslodavac je du\u017ean o tome obavijestiti nadle\u017enu inspekciju rada.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1203\">Osim obaveznog prekovremenog rada, zakon predvi\u0111a i mogu\u0107nost dobrovoljnog pristanka zaposlenika na dodatne sate. U tom slu\u010daju radnik mo\u017ee, na zahtjev poslodavca, raditi jo\u0161 najvi\u0161e deset sati sedmi\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1203\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tuzlainfo.ba\/index.php\/bosna-i-hercegovina\/item\/272672-sta-donosi-novi-zakon-o-radu-u-fbih\/\"><strong>VEZANA VIJEST:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1203\"><strong>\u0160ta donosi novi Zakon o radu u FBiH?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1584\">Preraspodjela radnog vremena tako\u0111er je zakonski dopu\u0161tena, pa se rad tokom jedne sedmice mo\u017ee produ\u017eiti, a tokom druge skratiti, ali prosje\u010dno radno vrijeme ne smije prelaziti 52 sata sedmi\u010dno, odnosno 60 sati za sezonske poslove. Me\u0111utim, prosjek na nivou godine mora ostati u okviru zakonski propisanih 40 sati sedmi\u010dno.
