Za ve\u0107inu nas, ljeto je najdra\u017ee godi\u0161nje doba, jer ga povezujemo sa odmorom, odlaskom na more, bazene i u\u017eivanjem na suncu.<\/p>\n<p>Bez obzira koliko dobro podnosite ljetne vru\u0107ine, ovo godi\u0161nje doba zahtjeva promjene na\u010dina \u017eivota, od prehrane i odijevanja do druga\u010dijeg rasporeda aktivnosti, isti\u010du iz Instituta za zdravlje i sigurnost hrane Zenica.<\/p>\n<p>Mno\u0161tvo opasnosti mo\u017ee pokvariti odmor<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ovo se posebno odnosi na malu djecu, starije osobe, trudnice, osobe sa prekomjernom tjelesnom te\u017einom, osobe oboljele od kardiovaskularnih i respiratornih bolesti, dijabeti\u010dare, hroni\u010dne bolesnike, sportiste i radnike na otvorenom, navodi rukovoditeljica Odjeljenja za promociju zdravlja u INZ dr. Elma Kuduzovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Ljetu se trebamo znati prilagoditi kako bismo izbjegli mogu\u0107e \u0161tetne posljedice koje nosi sa sobom, a slobodno vrijeme iskoristili za opu\u0161tanje i oporavak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nemojte se zbog neznanja ili lijenosti dovesti u situaciju da upadnete u njegove zamke i ne iskoristite sve prednosti na najbolji mogu\u0107i na\u010din. Visoke temperature, poja\u010dano znojenje, opekotine, ubodi insekata i trovanje hranom samo su neke od opasnosti s kojima se suo\u010davate tokom ljeta, navodi dr. Kuduzovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Nekontrolisano izlaganje sun\u010devim zrakama kao i nekori\u0161tenje sredstava sa za\u0161titnim faktorom mo\u017ee izazvati negativne promjene na ko\u017ei, uklju\u010duju\u0107i opekotine, ubrzano starenje, te u krajnjem slu\u010daju i karcinom ko\u017ee, melanom.<\/p>\n<p>Postepeno izlaganje suncu<\/p>\n<p>Bez obzira na tip ko\u017ee najva\u017enije se pridr\u017eavati osnovnih preventivnih mjera, kao \u0161to je da se aktivnosti poku\u0161aju svesti na jutarnje i poslijepodnevne, smanjiti izlaganje suncu u periodu od 10 do 17 sati kada je najve\u0107i indeks UV zraka.<\/p>\n<p>Prilikom izlaganja sun\u010devim zrakama obavezno je, posebno za djecu, koristiti sredstva sa najve\u0107im za\u0161titnim faktorom (50) koje je potrebno nanijeti u dovoljno debelom sloju minimalno 20 minuta prije izlaska iz ku\u0107e, uz ponavljanje svaka dva sata te nakon svakog kupanja. Bitno je i sun\u010dati se postepeno (prvi dan 15 minuta, pa postepeno produ\u017eavati vrijeme) uz izbjegavanje izlaganja sun\u010devim zrakama \u00a0u periodu od 10 do 17 sati, navode iz INZ.<\/p>\n<p>Potrebno je obla\u010diti laganu, \u0161iroku i svijetlu odje\u0107u od prirodnih materijala uz obaveznu za\u0161titu glave ka\u010dketima ili \u0161e\u0161irima, te nositi sun\u010dane nao\u010dale sa UV za\u0161titnim slojem.<\/p>\n<p>Unos vode, kupanje i insekti<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Zbog visokih temperatura i pove\u0107anog gubitka te\u010dnosti znojenjem, ljeti je tijelu i ko\u017ei potrebna ve\u0107a koli\u010dina vode (najmanje dvije litre dnevno, \u0161to je otprilike osam \u010da\u0161a). Preporuka je unositi te\u010dnost polako, u malim koli\u010dinama i pri tome izbjegavati alkoholna, gazirana i zasla\u0111ena pi\u0107a koja \u0107e samo poja\u010dati dehidrataciju.<\/p>\n<p>Osobama koje se zbog prirode posla dodatno poja\u010dano znoje (rad na otvorenome, sporta\u0161i&#8230;) i uz to su sklone ni\u017eem krvnom pritisku, uz obi\u010dnu vodu, savjetuje se i mineralna negazirana voda, s obzirom na to da znojem poja\u010dano gubimo i elektrolite (magnezij, kalij, natrij i sl.), ka\u017ee dr. Kuduzovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Ako sumnjate da je voda u kojoj se kupate \u010dista, zbog mogu\u0107ih infekcija izbjegavajte predug boravak u njoj te pripazite da ne gutate tu vodu ili ronite otvorenih o\u010diju, a obavezno nakon kupanja u takvoj vodi istu\u0161irajte se toplom vodom i sapunom.<\/p>\n<p>Ljeti su \u010desti ugrizi ili ubodi razli\u010ditih insekata koji se mogu manifestirati crvenilom i svrbe\u017eom ko\u017ee te velikim bolnim otokom. Mjesto uboda va\u017eno je odr\u017eavati \u010distim kako ne bi do\u0161lo do razvoja infekcije.<\/p>\n<p>Jako je va\u017eno poku\u0161ati se suzdr\u017eati od \u010de\u0161anja ko\u017ee jer se upravo na taj na\u010din naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e omogu\u0107i razvoj infekcije zbog ulaska mikroorganizama kroz ranicu nastalu \u010de\u0161anjem.<\/p>\n<p>U slu\u010daju da se pojavi otok \u00a0stavite hladnu oblogu na mjesto uboda (mokri pe\u0161kir ili kockice leda umotane u kuhinjsku krpu) kako bi je smanjili. Ljeti, zbog porasta temperature nepravilno \u010duvanje namirnica skra\u0107uje vijek trajanja te bitno uti\u010de na kvalitetu i nutritivnu vrijednost namirnica.<\/p>\n<p>U toplim danima trebalo bi maksimalno pojednostaviti pripremu jela: upotrebljavati samo svje\u017ee namirnice, adekvatno ih termi\u010dki obraditi i po mogu\u0107nosti svakodnevno pripremati svje\u017ee obroke.<\/p>\n<p>Posebnu pa\u017enju obratiti na lako kvarljive namirnice proteinskog porijekla kao \u0161to su meso, jaja, riba, mlijeko i mlije\u010dni proizvodi.<\/p>\n<p>Osim pravilnog \u010duvanja hrane, termi\u010dke obrade i temeljitog pranja vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a, trovanje hranom sprije\u010dit \u0107emo \u010destim pranjem ruku te pravilnom higijenom va\u0161eg su\u0111a i pribora za rad sa hranom (naro\u010dito daska za rezanje mesa), ka\u017eu iz INZ-a.<\/p>\n<p>Pridr\u017eavaju\u0107i se navedenih savjeta iskoristite sve prednosti ljeta, boravka na moru i suncu bez posljedica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prema prognozama meteorologa, u narednom periodu ponovno je za o\u010dekivati period velikih vru\u0107ina i mnogo sun\u010danih sati.
