Zastupnica SD-a u Skup\u0161tini Tuzlanskog kantona dr Zumra Begi\u0107, postavila je na posljednjoj sjednici Skup\u0161tine dva poslani\u010dka pitanja Ministarstvu zdravstva TK i Zavodu zdravstvenog osiguranja.<\/p>\n

  1. Ko mo\u017ee obavljati preventivne zdravstvene preglede sportista do 18 godina i preko 18 godina i kako je to regulisano Zakonom o zdravstvenoj za\u0161titi u Tuzlanskom kantonu?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Da li je zadnji poziv od strane Zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje za preventivnim pregledima sportista upu\u0107en (ili bio u koordinaciji) svim Domovima zdravlja u TK koji imaju kadar da mogu obavljati ove preglede?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      “Prema Zakonu o zdravstvenoj za\u0161titi FBiH preventivni zdravstveni pregledi radnika se obavljaju u Slu\u017ebama medicine rada koja prema normativima i standardima preuzima i preventivne preglede sportista, tako da se ta Slu\u017eba treba preimenovati kao Slu\u017eba medicine rada i sporta.<\/p>\n

      Dugi niz godina u okviru programa specijalizacije medicine rada se odra\u0111uje specijalisti\u010dki sta\u017e u trajanju od 2 mjeseca u ambulantama sportske medicine (koja vi\u0161e ne postoji u normativima i standardima primarne zdravstvene za\u0161tite) \u0161to specijalistima medicine rada i sporta omogu\u0107ava i preglede sportista.<\/p>\n

      Specijalistima medicine rada bi trebalo preko Ministarstva zdravstva omogu\u0107iti doedukaciju u trajanju od dva mjeseca, ili dugogodi\u0161njim sta\u017eom specijalista medicine rada i edukacijom, anga\u017emanom u sportskim klubovima kao klubski doktor, da bi mogli obavljati preglede sportista.<\/p>\n

      Preimenovanje Slu\u017ebi medicine rada u Slu\u017ebu medicine rada i sporta u svim domovima zdravlja op\u0107ina u Tuzlanskom kantonu bi imalo iznimnu va\u017enost da sportisti iz prakti\u010dnih razloga mogu obavljati preglede u svojim op\u0107inama a uz to i finansijska sredstva koja su predvi\u0111ena za sufinansiranje preventivnih pregleda sportista do 18 godina od strane Zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje bila bi ravnomjerno raspore\u0111ena u svim domovima zdravlja koji imaju Slu\u017ebu medicine rada i sporta”, navela je dr Begi\u0107.<\/p>\n
