{"id":204208,"date":"2023-05-10T12:09:32","date_gmt":"2023-05-10T10:09:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tuzlainfo.ba\/?p=204208"},"modified":"2023-05-10T10:55:34","modified_gmt":"2023-05-10T08:55:34","slug":"gojaznost-se-moze-prevenirati-svjetski-je-dan-kretanja-za-zdravlje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tuzlainfo.ba\/index.php\/magazin\/item\/204208-gojaznost-se-moze-prevenirati-svjetski-je-dan-kretanja-za-zdravlje\/","title":{"rendered":"Gojaznost se mo\u017ee prevenirati: Svjetski je dan kretanja za zdravlje"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija (SZO), kao koordiniraju\u0107e tijelo me\u0111unarodnog javnog zdravstva, promovira zdrave stilove \u017eivota i navodi redovnu fizi\u010dku aktivnost kao jedan od najva\u017enijih preduvjeta dobrog zdravlja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dan fizi\u010dke aktivnosti<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u0161 2003. godine SZO (WHO) je pokrenula inicijativu da se 10. maja, na dr\u017eavnom nivou, provode aktivnosti kojima se promovira redovna fizi\u010dka aktivnost.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Taj dan je poznat kao Me\u0111unarodni dan fizi\u010dke aktivnosti, odnosno Dan kretanja za zdravlje (Move for Health Day), a odnosi se na provo\u0111enje fizi\u010dke aktivnosti umjerenog intenziteta bez obzira na sadr\u017eaj, mjesto i vrijeme izvo\u0111enja, navode iz Instituta za zdravlje i sigurnost hrane Zenica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Osnovni cilj je podizanje svijesti javnosti o va\u017enosti i prednostima redovne fizi\u010dke aktivnosti za o\u010duvanje i unapre\u0111enje zdravlja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fizi\u010dka neaktivnost uz nepravilnu prehranu predstavlja sve ve\u0107i problem dana\u0161njice i rizik za razvoj prekomjerne tjelesne mase i gojaznosti, koje su zna\u010dajan rizik za razvoj danas vode\u0107ih hroni\u010dnih nezaraznih bolesti, poput bolesti srca i krvnih sudova, hroni\u010dne opstruktivne bolesti plu\u0107a, dijabetesa tipa 2, mentalnih poreme\u0107aja i nekih vrsta karcinoma.<\/p>\n<p>Redovna fizi\u010dka aktivnost kod djece i omladine od velikog je zna\u010daja za njihov rast i razvoj, a usvojena navika redovne fizi\u010dke aktivnosti u ranom djetinjstvu ostaje i u odrasloj dobi.<\/p>\n<p>Svakodnevna fizi\u010dka aktivnost ima brojne zdravstvene prednosti. Ona pobolj\u0161ava funkciju sr\u010danog i di\u0161nog sistema, spre\u010dava i\/ili odga\u0111a pojavu povi\u0161enog krvnog pritiska, a kod osoba koje boluju, poma\u017ee u odr\u017eavanju vrijednosti krvnog pritiska u po\u017eeljnim granicama, sni\u017eava nivo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi, sni\u017eava nivo holesterola i lipida u krvi, poma\u017ee u regulaciji tjelesne te\u017eine, pobolj\u0161ava raspolo\u017eenje, stvara osje\u0107aj zadovoljstva, smanjuje stres, omogu\u0107ava bolji san.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>U mla\u0111oj dobi pobolj\u0161ava mineralizaciju kostiju, te smanjuje rizik od nastanka osteoporoze i prijeloma u starijoj dobi, pozitivno uti\u010de na mi\u0161i\u0107e i zglobove, te pobolj\u0161ava i regulira probavu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Preporuke SZO<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Preporuke SZO za fizi\u010dku aktivnost su podijeljene u \u010detiri grupe, za malu djecu, mlade, punoljetne i starije osobe, ka\u017eu u INZ-u.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Djeca mla\u0111a od 5 godina trebaju fizi\u010dku aktivnost poticati od ro\u0111enja, posebno kroz igru na podu i u sigurnom okru\u017eenju (npr. puzanje, hodanje, tr\u010danje penjanje, bacanje i hvatanje, valjanje, dizanje i sl.). Djeci ove dobne skupine ograni\u010diti vrijeme provedeno sjede\u0107i, a to isto vrijeme provesti u aktivnoj igri i kretanju i to minimalno 180 minuta dnevno.<\/p>\n<p>Djeca i adolescenti od 5 do 17 godina trebaju svakodnevno provoditi minimalno 60 minuta fizi\u010dke aktivnosti umjerenog do visokog intenziteta (brzi hod, tr\u010danje, ples, sport, vo\u017enja bicikla, preskakanje u\u017eeta i sl.). Najmanje tri puta sedmi\u010dno trebalo bi uklju\u010diti aktivnosti koje ja\u010daju mi\u0161i\u0107e i kosti (npr. vje\u017ebe s elasti\u010dnom gumom ili bu\u010dicama, vje\u017ebe s vlastitom te\u017einom, \u010du\u010dnjevi, \u201cplank\u201d izdr\u017eaji i sl.)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za odrasle u dobi od 18 do 64 godine preporuka je minimalno 30 minuta svakodnevne fizi\u010dke aktivnosti umjerenog do visokog intenziteta (ku\u0107anski poslovi, brzi hod, tr\u010danje, planinarenje, biciklizam i sl.). Sve odrasle osobe trebaju \u0161to vi\u0161e smanjiti koli\u010dinu vremena provedenog sjede\u0107i (kad god je mogu\u0107e, pje\u0161a\u010diti do radnog mjesta ili se voziti biciklom, na radnom mjestu povremeno ustati, istegnuti se, pro\u0161etati i sl.). Najmanje dva puta sedmi\u010dno trebalo bi uklju\u010diti aktivnosti koje ja\u010daju mi\u0161i\u0107e i kosti uklju\u010duju\u0107i glavne mi\u0161i\u0107ne skupine<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Stariji od 64 godine trebaju minimalno 30 minuta aktivnosti kroz najmanje pet dana sedmi\u010dno (ku\u0107anski poslovi, pje\u0161a\u010denje, vo\u017enja bicikla, plivanje, odr\u017eavanje ba\u0161te i cvjetnjaka i sl.). Starijim osobama savjetuju se aktivnosti koje uklju\u010duju velike mi\u0161i\u0107ne grupe (npr. noge), a intenzitet koji se preporu\u010duje za ovu dobnu skupinu je uglavnom umjeren, a mo\u017ee biti i vi\u0161i, ovisno o zdravstvenom stanju i kondiciji pojedinca. Starije osobe bi trebale izbjegavati visoko intenzivne aktivnosti koje prekomjerno napre\u017eu zglobove, mi\u0161i\u0107e i ligamente zbog opasnosti od ozljeda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Svaka fizi\u010dka aktivnost mora biti u skladu sa zdravstvenim stanjem i funkcionalnim sposobnostima svakog pojedinca, kako bi se provodila na siguran na\u010din.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Institut za zdravlje i sigurnost hrane Zenica poziva gra\u0111ane svih dobnih skupina da smanje svoje \u201csjedila\u010dki\u201d provedeno vrijeme i u svakodnevnicu uklju\u010de vi\u0161e fizi\u010dke aktivnosti te tako u\u010dine veliki korak prema o\u010duvanju i unapre\u0111enju vlastitog
