{"id":160213,"date":"2022-01-04T13:15:18","date_gmt":"2022-01-04T12:15:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tuzlainfo.ba\/?p=160213"},"modified":"2022-01-04T13:15:54","modified_gmt":"2022-01-04T12:15:54","slug":"tuzilastvo-bih-podignuta-optuznica-protiv-generala-i-komandanta-drinskog-korpusa-vrs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tuzlainfo.ba\/index.php\/bosna-i-hercegovina\/item\/160213-tuzilastvo-bih-podignuta-optuznica-protiv-generala-i-komandanta-drinskog-korpusa-vrs\/","title":{"rendered":"Tu\u017eila\u0161tvo BiH: Podignuta optu\u017enica protiv generala i komandanta Drinskog korpusa VRS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tu\u017eilac \u00a0Posebnog odjela za ratne zlo\u010dine Tu\u017eila\u0161tvo \u00a0BiH\u00a0, podigao je optu\u017enicu protiv \u017divanovi\u0107 Milenka, ro\u0111enog 1946. godine u Ratkovi\u0107ima, zbog \u00a0zlo\u010dina protiv \u010dovje\u010dnosti po\u010dinjenog na podru\u010dju Srebrenice.<\/p>\n<p>Optu\u017eeni se tereti da je kao general i komandant Drinskog korpusa VRS, 1995. godine, kao u\u010desnik Udru\u017eenog zlo\u010dina\u010dkog poduhvata vr\u0161io planiranje i rukovo\u0111enje aktivnostima \u00a0jedinica Drinskog korpusa u \u00a0rasprostranjenom i sistemati\u010dnom napadu usmjerenom protiv bo\u0161nja\u010dkog civilnog stanovni\u0161tva na podru\u010dju Srebrenice i \u017depe.<\/p>\n<p>U optu\u017enici se navodi da je optu\u017eeni, po\u010dev\u0161i od mjeseca marta 1995. pa do sredine jula te godine, u vi\u0161e navrata, izvr\u0161io blokiranje za\u0161ti\u0107ene zone Srebrenica, sprje\u010davao snabdijevanje, kao i naredio artiljerijske napade na civilno stanovni\u0161tvo i ciljeve na podru\u010dju Srebrenice, kako bi se stvorili nepodno\u0161ljivi \u017eivotni uslovi i civilno stanovni\u0161tvo prisilio da napusti svoje domove i imovinu .<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er, optu\u017eeni se tereti za artiljerijske i pje\u0161adijske napade na stanovni\u0161tvo, koji su rezultirali smr\u0107u vi\u0161e osoba, kao i napade na stanovni\u0161tvo prilikom napu\u0161tanja Srebrenice i napad na polo\u017eaje snaga UN-a sa ciljem njihovog onesposobljavanja za za\u0161titu civila. Nadalje, optu\u017eeni se tereti da je vr\u0161io mobilizaciju svih raspolo\u017eivih vozila i potrebnog goriva sa ciljem prisilnog progona civilnog stanovni\u0161tva sa podru\u010dja Srebrenice, kao i transporta zarobljenih mu\u0161karaca i dje\u010daka koji su prisilno odvojeni radi zarobljavanja i ubijanja.<\/p>\n<p>Optu\u017eeni se tako\u0111er tereti da su vojne i policijske jedinice pod njegovom komandom, u\u010destovale u zarobljavanju vi\u0161e hiljada mu\u0161karaca i dje\u010daka sa podru\u010dja Srebrenice, na putnoj komunikaciji Bratunac-Mili\u0107i, kao i njihovom nezakonitom zato\u010denju i transportu.<\/p>\n<p>Tu\u017eila\u0161tvo \u00a0BiH \u0107e navode optu\u017enice dokazivati pozivanjem ve\u0107eg broja svjedoka, \u00a0kao i izno\u0161enjem ve\u0107eg broja materijalnih dokaza, uklju\u010du\u0107i i dokumentaciju dobijenu saradnjom sa tu\u017eila\u0161tvom \u00a0i sudom MRMKS u Den Haagu, navodi se u saop\u0107enju iz Tu\u017eila\u0161tva BiH.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tu\u017eilac \u00a0Posebnog odjela za ratne zlo\u010dine Tu\u017eila\u0161tvo \u00a0BiH\u00a0, podigao je optu\u017enicu protiv \u017divanovi\u0107 Milenka, ro\u0111enog&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":142694,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[291],"tags":[685,3498],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.5 -
