Me\u0111utim, u\u010denici koji se trude da odr\u017ee visok stepen produktivnosti tokom obavljanja svojih obaveza uvi\u0111aju pad koncentracije, motivacije ili smisla u vi\u0161e navrata tokom dana, zbog \u010dega \u010desto ne uspiju da ostvare svoje dnevne zadatke.<\/p>\n<p>Naime, iako je \u0161irok spektar uzroka koji uti\u010du na opadanje va\u0161e dnevne produktivnosti, ipak postoji veoma mali broj aktivnosti \u010dijim adekvatnim implementiranjem zasigurno ima da prevazi\u0111ete pad koncentracije, motivacije i smisla.<\/p>\n<p>Kako biste izbjegli budu\u0107e bespotrebne stresove zbog nagomilanih obaveza, u nastavku teksta \u0107emo podijeliti sa vama \u010detiri aktivnosti kojim \u0107ete pobolj\u0161ati svoju produktivnost, \u0161to \u0107e dugoro\u010dno rezultirati i ostvarivanjem boljih \u0161kolskih rezultata.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Napravite svoju listu dnevnih obaveza zasnovanih na Paretovom principu<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Mo\u017eda zvu\u010di kao kli\u0161e, ali pisanje liste dnevnih obaveza se pokazalo kao zna\u010dajna aktivnost u pove\u0107anju produktivnosti kod mnogih uspje\u0161nih ljudi.<\/p>\n<p>Imaju\u0107i u vidu da u\u010denici \u010desto zaboravljaju ili gube iz fokusa doma\u0107e zadatke koje treba da odrade istog dana, posve\u0107ivanjem 10 minuta svakog jutra zapisivanju ciljeva u listu obaveza u\u0161tedje\u0107ete minimum dva sata dragocjenog vremena u prelasku sa jedne aktivnosti na drugu. Naime, pisanje liste dnevnih obaveza ne mora nu\u017eno biti taksativno. Ako ste vizuelni tip, vrlo vjerovatno da \u0107ete lak\u0161e praviti listu preko <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.savremena-osnovna.edu.rs\/sta-su-mape-uma\/\">mapa uma<\/a><\/strong>, koje pored liste\/izlistavanja mogu biti veoma prakti\u010dne za uno\u0161enje dodatnih informacija u vezi sa konkretnom obavezom.<\/p>\n<p>Treba naglasiti da, pored va\u017enosti zapisivanja svih dnevnih obaveza, neophodno je i da implementirate Paretov princip, poznatiji kao \u201epravilo 80\/20\u201d, gdje 80% rezultata nastaje kao posljedica 20% uzro\u010dnih radnji. Su\u0161tina ovog principa je da na vrh liste stavite najva\u017enije zadatke, \u010dijim izvr\u0161enjem zasigurno ima da u\u010dinite svoj dan uspje\u0161nim. Naime, brojna istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da interakcije na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama kao \u0161to su Facebook, Instagram i TikTok pove\u0107avaju nivoe hormona dopamina, poznatog kao hormona zadovoljstva\/nagrade, \u010dime dolazi do pove\u0107anja potrebe za \u0161to u\u010destalijim anga\u017eovanjem. S tim u vezi, dolazimo do problema odsustva pa\u017enje, gdje u\u010denici ne mogu da se suzdr\u017ee vi\u0161e od 15 minuta, a da ne pogledaju u telefon.
