Njihov cilj je \u0161irenje svijesti o rizicima upotrebe duhana i kako svijet mo\u017eemo osloboditi duhana.<\/p>\n<p>Godi\u0161nje otprilike \u0161est miliona ljudi umre od bolesti povezanih sa duhanom a oko 1,2 miliona od posljedica izlo\u017eenost nepu\u0161a\u010da duhanskom dimu. Predvi\u0111a se da \u0107e se taj broj pove\u0107ati na vi\u0161e od osam miliona do 2030. godine, navodi se u saop\u0107enju Instituta za zdravlje i sigurnost hrane Zenica (INZ), povodom ovog datuma iz oblasti zdravstvene za\u0161tite i prevencije.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zdravstvene komplikacije<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pu\u0161enje znatno pove\u0107ava rizik od nastanka bolesti srca i krvnih \u017eila, naro\u010dito sr\u010danog i mo\u017edanog udara te bolesti periferne cirkulacije. \u0160tetnost pu\u0161enja za srce uglavnom uzrokuju nikotin i ugljen monoksid\u00a0 zbog\u00a0 svoje\u00a0 prisutnosti u dimu cigarete. Nikotin\u00a0 pove\u0107ava\u00a0 potrebu\u00a0 srca\u00a0 za\u00a0 kisikom\u00a0 i hranjivim materijama, dok ugljen monoksid smanjuje sposobnost krvi da osigura srcu potrebnu koli\u010dinu kisika. Rizik od raka plu\u0107a pove\u0107ava se s brojem cigareta, udisanjem dima, ranim\u00a0 po\u010detkom\u00a0 pu\u0161enja,\u00a0 uvla\u010denjem dima iste cigarete nekoliko puta, te ponovnim\u00a0 paljenjem poluispu\u0161ene cigarete, isti\u010de Lejla Selimovi\u0107 iz INZ-a i dodaje &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nikotin izaziva upale perifernih \u017eivaca i trajan gr\u010d na arterijama o\u010dne mre\u017enice. Vid naglo slabi, te\u0161ko se raspoznaju boje i javlja se nikotinska slabovidnost. Nikotin ubrzava demineralizaciju kostiju. Pu\u0161enje izaziva spolnu nemo\u0107 i neplodnost, pospje\u0161uje starost (bore oko o\u010diju, suho\u00a0 i blijedo lice) i smanjuje radnu sposobnost. Pu\u0161enje gotovo uvijek ima veze sa nastankom raka bronha i plu\u0107a, grkljana, \u017edrijela, usne \u0161upljine, jednjaka, bubrega, mokra\u0107nog mjehura, gu\u0161tera\u010de ili vrata maternice, te do nekih oblika leukemije.<\/p>\n<p>Kod dojen\u010dadi i male djece, izlo\u017eenost duhanu mo\u017ee uzrokovati u\u010destaliji bronhitis, upalu plu\u0107a, astmu, kao i akutnu i hroni\u010dnu upalu srednjeg uha, a mo\u017ee dovesti i do sindroma iznenadne dojena\u010dke smrti. Pu\u0161enje kod trudnica uzrokuje spontani poba\u010daj ili prijevremeni poro\u0111aj.<\/p>\n<p>Zbog pu\u0161enja, dim pun \u0161tetnih tvari koji trudnica udi\u0161e dolazi do krvotoka koji je jedini bebin izvor kisika i hranjivih tvari, \u0161to negativno uti\u010de na njen rast i razvoj. Pu\u0161enje ostavlja kod pu\u0161a\u010da \u017eute,\u00a0 ru\u017ene mrlje na zubima, neugodan okus u ustima i izaziva upalu desni, rani gubitak zubi, rak usta i grla.<\/p>\n<p>Ove godine, odlukom Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije pod sloganom \u201eOdlukom do prestanka pu\u0161enja\u201c, Svjetski dan bez duhanskog dima ima za cilj podr\u017eati 100 miliona ljudi \u0161irom svijeta u njihovim poku\u0161ajima da se odreknu duhana kroz razne inicijative i digitalna rje\u0161enja.<\/p>\n<p>Pandemija COVID-19 dovela je do toga da milioni korisnika duhana \u017eele prestati. Me\u0111utim, odvikavanje od duhana predstavlja izazov, posebno s dodatnim socijalnim i ekonomskim stresom koji donosi pandemija, ka\u017eu stru\u010dnjaci INZ-a.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160irom svijeta oko 780 miliona ljudi ka\u017ee da \u017eeli prestati, ali samo 30% njih ima pristup alatima koji im mogu pomo\u0107i da prevladaju i fizi\u010dku i mentalnu ovisnost o duhanu. Zajedno sa partnerima, WHO \u0107e ljudima pru\u017eiti alate i resurse koji su im potrebni za uspje\u0161an poku\u0161aj prestanka pu\u0161enja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Savjeti za samopomo\u0107 u odvikavanju<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Me\u0111u deset savjeta za samopomo\u0107 kod prestanka pu\u0161enja stru\u010dnjaci ubrajaju sljede\u0107e &#8211; Napravite plan za prestanak pu\u0161enja, Mislite pozitivno, Prepoznajte situacije u kojima \u017eudite za cigaretom te ih izbjegavajte, Razmislite o prehrani, Promijenite pi\u0107e nakon kojeg vam odgovara cigareta (npr. uz kafu), te Osigurajte podr\u0161ku okoline za prestanak pu\u0161enja, porodice, prijatelja.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er, preporu\u010duju i \u00a0&#8211; Pokrenite se \u2013 dokazano je da \u010dak i pet minuta vje\u017ebanja smanjuje \u017eudnju za cigaretom, Dr\u017eite se nepu\u0161a\u010da, ne gledajte pu\u0161a\u010de i ne zavidite im, Napravite spisak razloga za prekid pu\u0161enja i na kraju Koristite nikotinsku nadomjesnu terapiju koja udvostru\u010duje \u0161ansu za uspjeh (\u017evaka\u0107e gume, flasteri, pastile, tablete ispod jezika, inhalatori).<\/p>\n<p>Prestanak pu\u0161enja ima neposredne i dugoro\u010dne zdravstvene beneficije. Nakon samo 20 minuta odvikavanja od pu\u0161enja, puls pada. U roku od 12 sati nivo ugljen-monoksida u krvi pada na normalu. U roku od 2-12 sedmica cirkulacija se pobolj\u0161ava, a plu\u0107na funkcija pove\u0107ava. U roku od 1-9 mjeseci ka\u0161alj i ote\u017eano disanje se smanjuju. U roku od 5-15 godina rizik od mo\u017edanog udara smanjuje se na rizik nepu\u0161a\u010da. U roku od 10 godina stopa smrtnosti od raka plu\u0107a pribli\u017eno je upola manja od pu\u0161a\u010da. U roku od 15 godina rizik od sr\u010danih bolesti rizik je kao kod nepu\u0161a\u010da.<\/p>\n<p>Vode\u0107i uzroci smrti stanovni\u0161tva Federacije BiH ve\u0107 godinama su oboljenja cirkulatornog sistema s udjelom od vi\u0161e od 50 posto svih uzroka (stopa 508,2\/100.000 stanovnika), nakon \u010dega slijede maligne neoplazme sa 22,3 posto udjela (stopa 219,6\/100.000 stanovnika) \u0161to predstavlja\u00a0 pove\u0107anje iz godine u godinu. Ove dvije grupe oboljenja \u010dine oko tri \u010detvrtine svih uzroka smrti.
